Front-End / Full Stack Developer

Developing and deploying visual intelligence at scale requires the use of complex technology stacks where algorithms and models need to be placed at the center of business operations. That’s why Alteia delivers a family of integrated products that have been purpose-built to accelerate the implementation of A.I applications, making quick work of large data sets from disparate systems:

  • the Alteia software platform to rapidly contextualize large amounts of disparate data and operate enterprise A.I applications quickly.

  • the Alteia pre-built SaaS applications, for rapidly addressing high-value use cases in various market segments.

Alteia is looking for a Front-End or Full Stack developer to deploy the Alteia’s platform to our customers by implementing a clean and scalable frontend architecture adapted to their needs. You will help the team find the appropriate harmony between functional needs and technical maintainability.

Your responsibilities:

  • Evolving and maintaining our web-based application

  • Collaborating with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new exciting features

  • Maintaining code integrity, best coding practices and organization


Your profile:

Requirements

  • Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of degree and relevant experience

  • Experience in Angular front-end development and related technologies (Angular 12+, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, SCSS…)

  • Experience working with REST services and openAPI specifications

  • Working knowledge of Git

  • At ease with the Linux environment

  • Ability to operate effectively at a fast paced company and embrace change


Preferred secondary skills

  • Ability to investigate existing code and to suggest designs and technical solutions

  • Experience in JavaScript or TypeScript back-end development (Node, express, NestJS) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of GIS (Geographical Information Systems) and graphical frameworks (OpenLayer, Plotly, ECharts…) is also appreciated.

  • Background experience with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
