Your Role

As our Senior QA Engineer, you are a key pillar of quality within our product teams. You don't just find bugs — you design robust test strategies, build reliable automation suites, and make sure every release meets our highest standards. Working hand-in-hand with developers, Product Owners, and the Lead QA, you bring both technical depth and a quality-first mindset to everything you ship.

Your Key Missions

🤖 Own Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, non-regression) using modern frameworks. Ensure they are efficient, maintainable, and fully integrated into our CI/CD pipelines.

🔎 Investigate & Troubleshoot: Dive deep into complex issues, collaborate closely with developers to identify root causes, and drive defects to resolution.

✅ Ensure Release Quality: Execute and coordinate test campaigns across sprints and releases. Own the quality sign-off for the features and modules you cover.

🤝 Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product Owners and developers to clarify acceptance criteria, contribute to 3-Amigos sessions, and shift quality left in the development cycle.

📈 Contribute to Quality Improvement: Identify gaps in coverage, propose improvements to testing processes, and actively participate in the continuous improvement of our QA practices.

Your Profile

🎓 Education: Engineering degree or equivalent (Master's level).

💼 Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a QA Engineer, with demonstrated expertise in test automation on SaaS or enterprise software products.

🛠️ Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with one or more automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium) and API testing tools (Postman, REST). Proficiency in JavaScript or Python. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Git, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

🧠 QA Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and genuinely passionate about quality. You anticipate issues rather than just react to them.

📊 Data Awareness: Familiarity with data-driven testing and the ability to validate complex data flows is a strong plus in our AI/Data context.

🗣️ Skills & Languages: Fluent English is a must. Clear and concise communication to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
